The terms that govern your use of inovi's website, app and services — written to be read, not buried.
In short
- Your medical intake is free — you only pay once a doctor approves treatment.
- A registered doctor always decides whether treatment is right for you. Completing the intake does not guarantee a prescription.
- Your membership is flexible — pause or cancel at any time from your account.
- For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded.
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the inovi website and services, operated by inovi B.V., registered in the Netherlands (Koningsweg 38-10, 3762 EC Soest). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Who can use inovi
Our services are intended for adults (18+) residing in the countries we serve. Medical treatment is provided only after a medical intake and the approval of a registered doctor. We may decline to provide treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
Medical intake & prescriptions
Completing the intake does not guarantee a prescription — a registered doctor decides whether treatment is suitable for you.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information during your intake and throughout your treatment. Withholding relevant medical information may put your health at risk and may void your eligibility.
Membership, fees & cancellation
inovi is offered as a membership billed monthly. The intake is free, and you are only charged once a doctor approves treatment. Medication is invoiced separately at pharmacy cost.
You can pause or cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund medication already dispensed.
Medication & delivery
Medication is dispensed by our licensed pharmacy and delivered to the address you provide. For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use medication only as prescribed, to attend agreed consultations, and to report side effects to your care team promptly. inovi is not a substitute for emergency care — in an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, inovi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
