Who is responsible for your data
inovi B.V. (Koningsweg 38-10, 3762 EC Soest, The Netherlands) is the data controller for the personal data processed through our services. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@inovi.health.
What data we collect
We collect three kinds of data:
- Information you provide — your name, contact details and intake answers.
- Data generated through your treatment — consultations, prescriptions and messages with your care team.
- Technical data — such as device and usage information.
Health data
Some of the data we process is special-category health data. We process it to provide medical care, on the basis of your explicit consent and for the purposes of medical diagnosis and treatment by professionals bound by confidentiality.
Why we process your data
We only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis under the GDPR. In summary:

Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to provide your care — for example with the clinicians, pharmacists and carefully selected processors (such as payment and infrastructure providers) who act on our instructions. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Medical records are retained for the periods required by law; other data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described here.
